Winner of Winter Pub of The Season 2014

On Saturday18th Feb 2014, twelve members of our branch were present when Allan and Marie the landlord and landlady where presented with a certificate for 2014 Winter Pub Of The Season.

 

It was the second successive year they had won this award and they will now be a candidate for the 2015 Pub Of The Year

The Pony and Trap is a traditional pub that sells a variety of real ales, up to seven at any one time, and a few ciders all of which are in tip top condition.

 

The pub is a cosy and local pub with a nice warm real log fire, great ales and ciders, and good home cooked food available.
